Kilmainham Medical Centre has been a cornerstone of community healthcare since its establishment in the early 1950s by Dr. Walter Tyrrell. Located in Dublin 8, our practice serves patients from Kilmainham, Inchicore, Rialto, and surrounding suburbs. Dr. Doyle joined the team in 1990, adding to our legacy of compassionate, high-quality care.
We offer specialized clinics, including a Diabetic Clinic, a chronic disease management clinic, and a weekly warfarin clinic, all managed by experienced specialist nurses. As part of the Rialto Primary Care Team and in partnership with the South Inner City Partnership, we provide access to additional health services like Public Health Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Dietetics, Wound Management, and smoking cessation programs.
Kilmainham Medical Centre is also a teaching practice affiliated with Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, committed to educating the next generation of healthcare professionals.
